Intermediary Responsibility
Ålandsresor acts as an intermediary between the customer and the service provider, such as the hotel or cottage owner.
The service provider is responsible for the accuracy of the accommodation information and for ensuring that the customer has access to the accommodation at the agreed time.
In case of disputes, Ålandsresor may assist the parties with communication if necessary.
Ålandsresor is not responsible for breaches of contract by the service provider.
Rental Period
The length of stay is specified in the booking confirmation.
Unless otherwise stated in the accommodation description, check-in is normally from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
Early arrival or late departure may require booking an additional night.
For cottage accommodation, the guest must contact the cottage owner well in advance of arrival to arrange key collection and other practical details.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests must follow the house rules and instructions applicable to the accommodation.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its furnishings.
If final cleaning is not included in the booking, the guest is responsible for cleaning the accommodation before departure. If the cleaning is not carried out, the supplier may charge a cleaning fee.
The number of persons staying in the accommodation must not exceed the number of beds specified in the booking unless approved by the supplier. The supplier has the right to charge an additional fee if more persons stay in the accommodation than stated in the booking.
