The Hacienda working ranch produces a range of organically grown fruits and vegetables, cheese and meat which can be enjoyed in a variety of private settings throughout the Hacienda grounds. Activities abound in our mild mountain climate. Enjoy horse-back riding, hiking, mountain biking, birdwatching, nature walks or a stroll through the formal gardens within the Hacienda.
