President House
This house was built almost 40 years ago by a Hondurian President who took office in 1971 and 1972. His name, Ramon Ernesto Cruz Ucles. Once he and his wife passed on, their siblings inherited the house and put it on sale. This historical house was slightly refurbished and remodeled to provide a cozy feeling to Tegucigalpa visitors. Enjoy this house in one of the nicest and more secure residential areas in town.
The house has a colonial style arquitecture, 15 guest rooms, one nice reception Lobby, living and dining area, two terraces, one kitchen and some more interesting places, in a area of more than 10,000 sqft. Nice staff personal is arround most of the day and part of the night.
The House is located in one of the nicests neighbohoods in town, near the two main comercial centers of the city, in a calm residential hill, with public transportation in a walking distance. Restaurants, malls, banks, bars and night fun is less than 10 minutes driving distance and in some cases in a walking distance.
