Beautifully situated family campsite in the heart of Dalarna by Lake Orsa. Kilometre long, shallow sandy beach, a.k.a. The Riviera of Dalarna, named the cleanest and most swim-friendly beach in Sweden. Heated outdoor pools with water slides & pirate ship, as well as water park for the youngest.
Here the children have their own activity centre, manned by pirates who arrange treasure hunts and pirate school. Many large playgrounds, adventure golf, playing-field, arcade, boat hire, pedal cars, etc. Extensive activities programme with something for all members of the family. Leader-led children's activities several days/week.
Orsa Camping have 500 pitches with electricity, which show the variety they are able to offer. Choose between a shaded or sunny pitch, a chosen pitch or any available free camping pitch, in the heart of the action or surrounded by peace and quiet.
In total there are six service buildings, strategically placed throughout the campsite grounds. Some are newly built, others a bit older. The interiors vary, but the all offer showers, WCs, washing up areas both indoors and outdoors, industrial style dishwashers, kitchen, eating area, washing machines, dryers, ironing possibilities, sauna, nursery room, accessible WCs and showers, as well as latrine waste disposal for both fixed and unfixed tanks. Showers are included in the camping fee so you never have to worry about coins, tokens or cards.
Guests with physical disabilities can borrow a key from reception for access to the accessible showers and WCs.
McGregors Sportbar with daily sport broadcasts is located inside the bowling alley.
A shop with freshly baked bread every morning during full-service season. Beach restaurant with live entertainment several nights a week.
Large traditional Midsummer celebration. Close to Orsa Bear Park, only 15 minutes by car.
