The gite of Les Galets du Salagou
This cottage is located on the classified and protected site of Lake Salagou; a ‘Grand Site de France’ classification operation is in progress. Classified Natura 2000, the Salagou Lake is a Special Protection Area motivated by the presence of 21 listed bird species including Bonelli’s Eagles, Little Bustard, Little Bittern and Common Harrier.
That is why, since its creation, we have given a central place to respect for the environment.
For us, for you and for future generations, we built and built the gite to minimise its environmental impact.
Two gites, one that can accommodate two people and the second cottage four people, in a small village in the south of France near Montpellier (TGV station and airport).
These cottages are ideally located near Lake Salagou, a classified natural site offering many activities (mountain biking, fishing, canoeing, horseback riding, tourism, gastronomy, etc.).
We provide total comfort with all amenities: open kitchen, dormitories, etc. with all equipment.
Our cottages are located in Liausson, a small wine-growing village on the shores of Lake Salagou, 7 km from the town of Clermont-L’Hérault.
A bus service runs between Montpellier Train Station and the town of Clermont-L’Hérault. (take into account between 45 and 60 minutes.)
