Salt & Sill

Salt & Sill can be found right out on the west side of Tjörn, in the fishing community of Klädesholmen. The hotel is a gem of the west coast of Sweden and is located just 70 km from Gothenburg. Here you can enjoy authentic Swedish cuisine in a stunning archilelago setting. At Salt & Sill you literally stay on the sea, as the hotel is Sweden´s first, and only, floating hotel.
The hotel consists of six two-storey house that was built on floating pontoons. The decor in the rooms is characterized by modern Scandinavian simplicity with functional furnishings and unique details. Some rooms on the lower level has its own ladder right into the Skagerrak.
The hotel's roof is a large sun deck and it is ideal for relaxing in the sun with a stunning ocean view.
