Offroad Camp

The campsite is located in Nornäs on Frisåsen. A beautiful view, nature and a family atmosphere await you. Nornäs is located 44 km north of Sälen, 43 km south of Särna, 75 km east of Trysil and 59 km northwest of Älvdalen. Six campsites with electricity on gravel, three campsites on grass and 5 cozy cabins on the campsite. Holiday homes in Nornäs village are also available for rent. A traditional log cabin with a small sanitary facility with toilet and shower for campers and the Cottages. The cottage Igelkotthus (Hedgehog) has shower and wc inside the cottage. 
 
A cozy place for motor sports enthusiasts! Nornäs is ideally located for motorists, in the middle of the forest, with gas station, campsite, cabins & holiday homes! In summer, there are well-developed hiking trails, various fishing opportunities, cycling, ATV / UTV tours on Nornäs forest roads etc.
In the winter, there are guide systems for sled dogs and snowmobile trails in the area. Snowmobile rental is available on site. You can go to Lövnäs, Sälen, Särna, Idre, Älvdalen, Lofsdalen, Grövelsjön and Fulufjället on snowmobiles.
 
Camping: no extra charge for WiFi, electricity and hot water in the showers. Laundry room with industrial washing machines, dryers and drying rooms can be used in Nornäs Folketshus in the middle of the village. There is the possibility to empty the camping toilet at the latrine, which lies south towards Tyrinäs.
 
Cottages & holiday homes: departure cleaning included. Bed linen, towels, breakfast and food are bookable options.
Book breakfast and food: We have good cooperation with other companies and can offer breakfast and food on request.
Cottage Igelkotthus (Hedgehog) can accommodate up to 4 people and is booked weekly Saturday-Saturday during June to August. Associated wood-burning hot tub.
Beaver cottage, Gas Station, Lounge 66 and Living in the box can accommodate 2 people in each cottage and can be booked per night.
Holiday homes: Tiny and Röda Pelle (Red Pelle) are located in the village and can be booked saturday-saturday during june-august.
