Marskogens lamm

Marskogens lamm – a little family farm specialising in lambs. It has its own cutting plant plus sausage manufacturing and smoking of meat.

Summer café with an outdoor seating area . Quiet farm environment with home-baked bread.

Farm shop with the farm’s products: sausages, cut frozen meat, wool and jewellery. There are also Ålander delicacies, such as sea buckthorn products and honey.

In 2013, Marskogens lamm won the gold medal with their beer sausage, Ölkorv, in the ”charcuterie, cooked sausages” category in the Swedish Championships in Artisan Food.

In 2016, Marskogens lamm won several medals in the Finnish Artisan Food Championships. They won the gold medal both with their cold-smoked sheep roast in "air-dried meet" category and with their warm-smoked, juniper and pepper pickled lamb sausage in “charcuterie, cooked sausages” category. Their lamb sausage for grilling won a silver medal.

In 2017, Marskogens lamm won the gold medal in the Finnish Artisan Food Championships with their grilled lamb sausage.
