Hotel Ylläs Humina

Welcome to Ylläshumina, hotel and active holiday designer which offers you all under the same roof: peace and quiet accomodation, tasty local food in our restaurant, cross country skiing tracks right from your porch and other activities from our own Safari house. We have 32 standard rooms, 12 luxurious superior rooms and 4 stylish suites + 7 holiday lodges suitable for families. Sauna with outdoor jacuzzi offers relaxation after the day outside.

Ylläshumina is a cozy hotel with four different room types: the standard rooms offers all the basic things for your stay, holiday lodges have some more space and privacy with the private saunas, and the suites and superior rooms are for those looking for some luxury for their holiday. All the rooms are situated near by the reception and restaurant building in small houses with 4 to 8 rooms in the same house. Together with your accomodation you can choose the halfboard which offers a tasty buffet dinner for your whole stay. The hotel is situated in Äkäslompolo village which is home for ca. 600 people, surrounded by seven fells and the Pallas-Ylläs national park. Nature is all around us and from here you can surely see the northern lights and meet reindeer wandering on the streets. Our guides will take you even a bit further to the wilderness on our snowshoe tours, snowmobile safaris and husky rides. Cross country skiing is surely the main activity in here and we have ca. 300 km of skiing tracks starting from our yard.
